• Our company was born by an independent industrial
distributor with over thirty years in the business...and that's
with just one company (that he founded) during all of those
years. That's the kind of determination and perseverance that
our potential distributors understand and respect.
• We want to create a fair and principaled atmosphere where
the interests of our distributors comes first.
• We will never undercut our distributors for O.E.M.
business because we don't sell to O.E.M.s. We only sell to our
authorized distributors. It's a simple creed that distinguishes
us from the rest. If you have a competitive situation that needs
special attention just let
us know. We will work with you to win the bid.
• We do not want "fly-by-night" distributors who sprang up
yesterday simply to sell our products because they saw an
opportunity. We understand that shaft repair sleeves are a small
part of an industrial distributor's product line. We simply want
to make shaft repair sleeves a more profitable line for them.
• PTDA member distributors are almost guaranteed to become
Sturdi™ distributors. This is because PTDA members have
already been pre-qualified. Our founder is a PTDA member
and has great respect for the organization and its members.
• Your company must qualify for Net 30 day terms in order
to become a Sturdi™ authorized distributor. If you don't
have a good D&B credit score please don't waste either of our's
time by applying.
• Our Sturdi™ member's site only allows purchase
orders or PayPal. We only included PayPal as a convenience for
those who are already qualified for Net 30 day terms.
• We don't publish distributor pricing (or any pricing for
that matter) to the public. We are not a retailer or re-seller.
We are the sole Sturdi™ wholesaler for the United States.
• Our site may be a bit more cumbersome than others because
we require two seperate "logins". The first "login" allows you
to see our distributor pricing. The second "login" is actually a
distributor registration process. The registration process
allows you to set up billing and ship-to for each order.

Exemption Certificate" and "Credit Application" (below) and
